IMMEDIATE OPENING ~ Client Care Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team 20-25 hours per week. This position entails assistance to our lead agent with preparing, marketing and managing properties for sale, team transaction coordination and administrative/operational support. This position requires physical energy, the desire to work with the public and an interest in project management. This team member must be willing to work in a team setting and be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and self-motivation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Publisher) is required. Prior administrative, customer service experience and knowledge of Top Producer software are a plus.
