Judy discovered her passion for working with buyers and sellers of real estate in 1992.  She started in the profession in Upstate New York after retiring from a successful career in industrial engineering.  Four years later, her family moved to North Carolina where Judy has been practicing real estate in the Triangle Area ever since.

Judy is one of the founding partners of the Keller Williams Realty Chapel Hill Market Center and the Team Leader of her own real estate business.  She is dedicated to professionalism as evidenced by the designations she has earned:  Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by fewer than 4% of Realtors® nationally.  She serves on the Market Center’s Associate Leadership Council and trains and mentors other agents in various aspects of the Real Estate profession.

Natalie works behind the scenes keeping our team and operation running smoothly, allowing Judy and Karen to focus their efforts on our buyer and seller clients.   A licensed Realtor® herself, she uses her passion for thoroughness to drive our marketing systems and assure that our clients' needs are met. 

Rhea is responsible for ensuring that each of our listed properties gets the exposure it needs to sell quickly and at the highest price.  Her diverse background includes expertise in graphics, writing and marketing, and her dedicated, behind the scenes work is invaluable to the excellence of our team.

Tyler works one-on-one with our clients, managing the activities for preparing the marketing for each property, including coordination of measurement and photography, data entry to websites and listing systems, and preparation of marketing materials. Tyler is a customer service expert, paying great attention to detail as he skillfully steers each closing, carefully guiding our clients through the many steps required from the offer acceptance through the closing.
