Following a career in marketing and industrial engineering in Upstate New York, Judy put her problem solving skills to work in Real Estate in the early nineties.  Almost twenty years and hundreds of transactions later, Judy specializes in helping people make sound home selling, purchase and investment decisions in the NC Triangle.

Dedicated to professionalism, Judy has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. The CRS designation is held by fewer than 4% of REALTORS® nationally and requires a significant mix of education and experience.

Judy is one of the owners and founding partners of the Keller Williams Chapel Hill Market Center and the leader of her own team of specialists.  She and her husband, Jeff, have two children and a border collie.

After 30+ successful years in the consumer advocacy, customer service and communications fields, Jeff puts his experience and expertise to work on behalf of our buyer and seller clients in guiding them through transitions in their lives.  Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about the communities, schools and commerce in the Triangle region, and is very familiar with the area’s numerous golf courses and golf communities.

Jeff holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, awarded to real estate professionals who have successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation.
